I had to check out the "NH Super Agent" at www.billbarbin.com . The site is great so I sent an email for some more info. on a property in North Conway NH. Bill was back to me within 20min. with a some details on the property and a note saying he would follow up a little later, he was sending from his Balckberry.

I have dealt with a lot of real estate brokers from Ossipee, Tamworth, Madison and North Conway, Bartlett and Jackson. Yeh, they all had cellphones, it's a phone without wires. This guy seems to be one of the best with the tools: His email doesn't need wires either. He seems to have access to the mls wherever he goes. I can see why they call him the NH Super Agent.

Comment on Mold... where is it?

I think tearing down a moldy house is overkill. If it is bad you can tear it down to thefram and either encapulate it or biocide it and put a surface protectant on it and mold will never grow there again.(Provided you use the right surface protectant.) I use microbloc which has a 99yr waranty. I am an IAQ Specialist, Certified Mold inspector and biocide applicator. (which means I am a remediator that isn't certified to set up containment. Luckily there are 2 people on my crew that are. Isn't necessary in a lot of the jobs I have done though. Anyway I just wanted to say hello and also add that there are breakthroughs with technologies such as RCI and PHI which destroy the mycotoxins in your air and kill spores in your airspace. So if you had a remediation done and were scared there might be mold somewhere else, this would give peace of mind and ensure your family was safe. My company is New Tech Environmental. throw a www.com around it to go to our NORMI website. All our pros are certified through either NORMI or MICRO unlike some companies who have one person and everyone works off of his. Your family is our family and we want our family safe. 603-508-1888

Why are you the only agent providing this info.. I have dug around some other sites up in your area and no one has real info.. Don't mind the pun, but they just keep badgering me for my email address and phone number. I also notice that they only show the homes they want us to see. There are a lot more homes for sale on your website and you don't ask for my info..
Thanks.

This was really informative but I still don't think you really committed to the dangers of mold. Once a building has it, shouldn't it be torn down? I've heard about people becoming retarded from the mold they breathed in. You make it sound like it can just be removed and cleaned up. Can it really?
